Spring Piston Operation
Elektra Micro Casa A Leva has a spring loaded lever to help take some of the guesswork out of creating the proper force on the lever to achieve the right brewing pressure. The lever starts in an upward position. The user pulls down against spring until coffee fills the demitasse cup. The lever is then slowly released and the spring in the piston pushes the lever to pump the water through the coffee grinds. Boiler
Elektra Micro Casa A Leva features a durable brass boiler with a capacity of 1.8 liters. It provides excellent dry steam for creating micro foam. The unit is equipped with a boiler pressure relief valve on top of the boiler for safety and a built-in safety thermostat to prevent meltdown if left without water.
